Kyle Maack is a dynamic singer known for his soulful voice, versatility, and commanding stage presence. His passion for music took shape in high school when he formed his first funk band, a 12-piece ensemble. A lifelong fan of The Temptations, Kyle’s life changed in 2007 when he met Bruce Williamson, Jr., then the group’s lead singer. Bruce became his mentor and adopted godfather, guiding him through the world of professional entertainment. At 18, Kyle first performed on stage with The Tempts, solidifying his path as a performer.

At 19, Kyle contributed to the benefit album Back to Class, alongside legendary acts like The Four Tops, Chairmen of the Board, Dennis Coffey, James Jamerson Jr., Lenny Pickett of Tower of Power and SNL, and members of the iconic Motown studio band, The Funk Brothers. In 2012, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Hawaii, performing with various bands across Oahu. Kyle was selected for Tops In Blue, the Air Force’s elite touring entertainment unit, in 2014. As part of their 60th-anniversary tour, Kyle performed high-energy, Vegas-style shows across 20 countries, concluding with special performances for U.S. troops in Kuwait and Afghanistan.

In 2017, Otis Williams, the last surviving original member of The Temptations, offered Kyle a recording contract on his 10/30 International label, leading to the release of his EP, Shakey Ground, featuring The Tempts on background vocals. Kyle later joined the cast of the Preston & Steve Show on 93.3 WMMR in Philadelphia as a producer from 2022 to 2024. Currently, he produces the R&B Showcase TV show.

Kyle and longtime friend and drummer Alvin Burnett decided to break free from the bar and wedding band circuit, creating Minute by Minute in 2024 with musical direction from his frequent collaborator, Mike Ian. With a career built on passion, professionalism, and a deep love for performance, Kyle Maack continues to bring soul, energy, and authenticity to every stage he steps on.
